Our Manual Handling Train the Trainer course equips delegates with the practical skills, technical knowledge, and confidence to deliver safe, effective manual handling training within their own workplace.   • Understanding the legal requirements and responsibilities around manual handling
  • Principles of safe lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 
  • Identifying and controlling manual handling risks in the workplace
  • Introduction to ergonomics and human bio-mechanic 
  • Assessing loads, environments, and individual capability
  • Creating, planning, and structuring effective training sessions
  • Practical demonstration techniques for explaining and showing safe handling
  • Methods of Instructing Techniques (MOIT) for confident, clear delivery
  • Engaging learners and adapting training to different job roles
  • Evaluating trainee competence and providing constructive feedback

Abrasive Wheel - Train the Trainer

Our Abrasive Wheels Train the Trainer course equips delegates with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver effective abrasive wheel training within their own workplace. Suitable for all industries, this course not only covers safe operation of grinding wheels but also teaches how to plan, structure, and deliver engaging training sessions to others.

Delivered in Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, the wider South Yorkshire area, and across the UK, the course ensures delegates gain the competence to train teams effectively in any workplace setting, helping organisations improve safety compliance and reduce the risk of wheel-related incidents.


Going beyond the basics, the course provides a deeper understanding of legislation, hazards, and risk control measures, along with practical knowledge on inspection, mounting, and safe operation of abrasive wheels. Delegates also learn Methods of Instructing Techniques (MOIT), giving them the confidence to deliver clear, structured, and engaging abrasive wheel training that is both practical and compliant with industry standards.
